Please ensure that all employees have receive a copy of the policies and have signed a form acknowledging that they have received them. The form is on the last page of the policy document. You may wish to highlight for your employees section 5J: CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, especially if you have delegated to them such tasks as keeping track of sensitive information, for example, Safe Environment Records.
