The Nativity of Christ
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
As the Solemnity of Corpus Christi approaches, we recall that the Word who became flesh and dwelt among us now gives himself to us in the Eucharist.
Mary gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
LUKE 2:7

Concluding Prayer
O God, who in this wonderful Sacrament have left us a memorial of your Passion, grant us, we pray, so to revere the sacred mysteries of your Body and Blood that we may always experience in ourselves the fruits of your redemption. Who live and reign with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.
Jesus, Bread of Life, grant that we, nourished by the Eucharist, may hasten to you in the poor, the suffering, and the persecuted. Amen.

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo. Amén.
Al acercarse la Solemnidad del Corpus Christi, recordamos que la Palabra que se hizo hombre y habitó entre nosotros, ahora se nos da a sí mismo en la Eucaristía.
María tuvo a su hijo primogénito. Lo envolvió en pañales y lo recostó en un pesebre, porque no hubo lugar para ellos en la posada.

Señor nuestro Jesucristo, que en este admirable sacramento nos dejaste el memorial de tu pasión, concédenos venerar de tal modo los sagrados misterios de tu Cuerpo y de tu Sangre, que experimentemos continuamente en nosotros el fruto de tu redención. Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre en la unidad del Espíritu Santo y eres Dios por los siglos de los siglos.
Jesús, Pan de Vida, concédenos que, alimentados por la Eucaristía, te sirvamos a ti en los pobres, los que sufren y los perseguidos. Amén.
