As the new school year is fast approaching and religious education programs start in the fall I would like to every week uplift a weekly video or series that touches one of the 7 sacraments. This week we will be uplifting the video series “REBORN You, Your Child and the Heart of Baptism”. The video series “REBORN” explores the deeply personal power of Baptism that brings light to the spiritual reality for parents and godparents and most importantly the child being baptized. Reborn provides a presentation on the foundation of the Church’s teaching on Baptism, and a step-by-step explanation of the rite itself, including its profound place in Scripture and Tradition. Reborn is a great series for Baptism prep and to also watch and learn more about the sacrament of Baptism.

FORMED is being offered to every Catholic in English and Spanish this Catholic version of Netflix. FORMED is a streaming service with over 200 family appropriate movies along with sacramental preparation resources in Spanish and English.

La serie de videos “RENACER” explora la relevancia personal del Bautismo de una manera más profunda sacando a la luz la realidad espiritual para los padres y padrinos y, lo que es más importante, para el niño que se está bautizando. Renacer da una explicación paso por paso del rito en sí y también el lugar especial que ocupa en las Escrituras y en la Tradición. La serie nos muestra como el Bautismo revela el corazón del amor de Dios por sus hijos. Renacer es una gran serie para la preparación del bautismo y también para ver y aprender más sobre el sacramento del bautismo.
