Before the start of each Flex Plan year, you may elect to use “before-tax” dollars to pay for your out-of-pocket medical expenses including deductibles, co-pay and prescriptions. Dental and vision expenses may also be reimbursed. Eligible health FSA expenses include those defined by IRS Code, Section 213(d).
