Part-time Bookkeeper- St. Joseph Parish, Wenatchee, WA

Position Description:
The Bookkeeper position’s duties include bookkeeping responsibilities (payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax preparation and administration), and follows and complies with Diocesan finance policy and procedure accountability. There may be other assignments or accounting analysis aside from the above, that the Diocese or Pastor may require, occasionally.

Music Director – St. Patrick Catholic Parish-Pasco, WA 

Purpose & Vision Parish Finance Officer: 

Under the direction and supervision of the Pastor, the Director of Music assists priests and deacons of St. Patrick Catholic Parish in preparing and presenting liturgical celebrations in which the assembly can express their relationship with God, and their baptismal commitment to one another through sacred psalms, hymns, and songs which: 1) inspire and challenge the assembly to respond in song and prayer, 2) relate liturgical action and Christian commitment, 3) affirm their unity as a community of faith.

Full-time lead Pre-3/Pre-K teacher/Part-time Assistant Teachers – St. Patrick School, Pasco, Washington

St. Patrick Catholic School in Pasco, WA is seeking full-time lead Pre-3/Pre-K teacher and part time assistant teachers for both morning (7:45-11:45 am) and afternoon (11am-3pm). Times are approximate and will depend on cleaning of rooms for COVID plan between the sessions. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and who has a degree and/or experience in Early Childhood Education, Preference will be given to a candidate with teaching certification and who has knowledge/experience with developmental approaches to teaching and learning. An ideal applicant is willing to work collaboratively to establish routines and procedures and willing to plan age- appropriate day to day activities and work toward long-term plans and goals. Please indicate in your cover letter your grade preference. Salary/Hourly rates are based on the Diocesan Salary Schedule depending on experience and education.

Position Summary:
PREPARES is an initiative of the Bishops of Washington state that is focused on developing support for families through the faith community. This position is responsible for the recruitment, and training of parish and community-based volunteers for PREPARES for the purpose of supporting pregnant and parenting women, families and their children up to age five. The position will coordinate with the Evangelization and Faith Formation Director with the Diocese of Yakima and Catholic Charities Parish Outreach Coordinator and other Catholic Charities programs for client referrals and resources.
