Declaracion de Mision:
Convocar, animar, coordinar y promover a los jovenes hispanos por medio de una formacion humana y cristiana, evangelizando e impulsando al compromiso responsable y solidario en su realidad juvenil.
Organizacion de la Pastoral Juvenil: La Pastoral Juvenil cuenta con una directora diocesana y tres asistentes de pastoral juvenil en la zona centro, norte y sur. La directora es Elizabeth Torres; el asistente para la zona sur es Ramon Loza, el asistente para la zona centro Lily Loza y para la zona norte es Constantino Montes.
La Pastoral Juvenil cuenta con dos redes, integradas por los lideres de cada grupo juvenil parroquial. Los miembros de las redes eligen a sus representantes para el Concilio Juvenil Diocesano, el cual ayuda a planificar las actividades de la diocesis para los jovenes
Publicaciones:
Carta de noticias: “Voces Juveniles”. Se publicar cada dos meses.
Metas:
a) Desarrollar y afianzar las redes de la zona norte, centro/sur de la di?cesis
b) Continuar con las reuniones del Concili? Juvenil Hispano (4 al año)
c) Producir mensualmente la carta de noticias: “Voces Juveniles”
d) Incrementar la comunicaci?n y coordinaci?n con los sacerdotes
e) Planear y desarrollar la Convenci?n Juvenil (Evento bilingüe)
f) Planear y desarrollar el retiro pre-pascual en la zona norte y centro/sur
g) Ofrecer el Curso de Iniciaci?n para los coordinadores y asesores juveniles
h) Motivar a los j?venes que se han formado a continuar su formaci?n por medio del programa Magnificat.
Programas que ofrece la Pastoral Juvenil:
1) Curso de Iniciaci?n a la Pastoral Juvenil Hispana (64 horas) en colaboraci?n con el Instituto Fe y Vida, del cual el Obispo Sevilla es consejero de la mesa directiva.
2) Curso Intermedio para asesores y coordinadores de Pastoral Juvenil (150 horas en 10 meses con una práctica pastoral).
3) Convenci?n Juvenil Diocesana.
4) Retiro pre-pascual en la zona norte y centro/sur
5) Retiros para líderes
6) Jornada por la paz
7) Visitas pastorales por los asistentes
8) Entrenamiento individualizado para los líderes de la Pastoral Juvenil Hispana
9) Curso de Biblia

Mission Statement:
To call together, encourage, coordinate and promote Hispanic youth by means of a human and Christian formation, evangelizing and moving them towards a commitment that is responsible and in solidarity with their identity as youth.
Organization of the Hispanic Youth Minsitry:
The Hispanic Youth Ministry has a diocesan director and three assistants for the northern, center and southern regions of the diocese. The Director is Elizabeth Torres; the assistant for the Southern Region is Ramon Loza, Center Region Lily Loza and for the Northern Region, Constantino Montes.
The Hispanic Youth Ministry has two networks which are formed by the leaders of each parish youth group. The members of the networks elect their representatives for the Diocesan Youth Council, which helps to plan activities for the youth in the diocese.
Publications:
Newsletter: Voces Juveniles – Published every two months.
Goals:
a. Develop and reinforce the networks in the northern, central and southern regions of the diocese
b. Continue with the meetings of the Hispanic Youth Council (4 per year)
c. Produce the bimonthly newsletter: Voces Juveniles
d. Increase the communication and coordination with the clergy
e. Plan and develop the Youth Convention (bilingual event)
f. Plan and develop the Pre-Easter Retreat in the northern and southern regions
g. Offer the beginning course for youth coordinators and advisors
h. Motivate the young people who have completed their formation offered by Hispanic Youth and Young Ministry to continue it by means of the Magnificat program
Programs offered by the Hispanic Youth Minsitry:
